Grade Roof system implemented on a flat roof in Nesøya, Asker, in a sandwich arrangement (polystyrene fittings with mineral wool “cladding”).
The roof was completed by two people in five days. Such efficiency was achieved thanks to the resignation from standard four-sided fittings in favour of prefabricated GR elements and the possibility of arranging the roofing from simple roofing panels without adjusting them to the hip system (see photo No. 7). Less waste of thermal insulation materials and roofing material was a bonus.
